About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee HR to join the Human Resources team
at Walking Tree Technologies. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals
to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and communications.
- Coordinate with team leads for attendance and leave management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
