Trainee HR

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee HR to join the Human Resources team
at Walking Tree Technologies. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals
to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and communications.
  • Coordinate with team leads for attendance and leave management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
